We are currently seeking a versatile and organized professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant / Recruiter. The successful candidate will play a dual role, providing executive support to senior leadership and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This position requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly balance administrative tasks with recruitment responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other appointments, ensuring efficient use of executive's time.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events or initiatives.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and conduct effective interviews.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
